A good computer health check covers many aspects of a happy computer.

Sadly as soon as you install a new computer or operating system , then install some software you have already begun to slow down your computer.

Give it a few months and unless you perform a frequent maintenance checks for fragmentation , errors , unused files such as general temp files , temporary internet files , odds and ends left behind from uninstalls , it will get slower, so a good computer health check that covers everything is a must to keep any computer running well.

Today mid and high end computers are pretty damn fast , but they still suffer from the same performance degrading problems as all of the earlier models, the only difference being, they are so much faster , this then means the performance degradation also happens much faster.

A good complete computer health check should include operating system maintenance such as defragmenting or removing unused files all helps.
