this enables you to delete any signs of internet browsing history, such as URL history, Cookies and Reset of Auto Complete, Also includes System Explorers and Browser restore, in case any application alters Internet Explorer without you knowing.

A very comprehensive piece of Antispyware software, easy to use and install, and requires very little user input,

in fact the only user input required is when a scan is run and something is found, general rule if you don’t know what it is remove it. If you have problems after removing spyware, you can revert back.

Spybot Search and Destroy
The original choice for many people, great little program, is free, but you can make a donation to the Author if you wish.

Like Window Antispyware , easy to install and use, does not offer real time protection though.

Has an add-in called tea timer which monitors any changes made to the registry and which processes are allowed to run or not.

Ad-aware se
Comprehensive easy to use antispyware program offering instant scans, real time protection is available but only if you upgrade, which has a cost.

In a nutshell
All three programs offer good antispyware searches, and after running a search from each program over the same machine, all of them seem to have about the same find rate.

But as they are all FREE removal spyware my recommendation would be to select 2 of them, make Microsoft the first choice, due to it’s real time protection and have either ad-aware or Spybot as a secondary program, and run it once a week.

This way you’ll have two lines of spyware defence. Much the same as most Anti-virus software one antispyware program may not find all the Spyware on your computer.

I’d also make the most of the Microsoft Antispyware being free while you can, it’s listed as beta at the moment, but sooner or later they may well start charging for it.
