How can i restore my laptop screen to its original settings? Having connected to the monitor for easier viewing now it is disconnected can’t restore the laptop screen to view all and have to scroll sideways and up and down, its almost too big to fit on the screen How do I reset it?
Easiest way is to restart the laptop, you could also hit the FN + Monitor F key usually F8 but could be different depending on your laptop model, it will have a picture of a little computer screen in it.
This will cycle through – Image only on laptop – image on external screen – image on laptop and external screen.
