Some of the keys don’t work on the keyboard when I am in a Microsoft Word document, it can be any document so this does not make a difference.
I try a document on another computer and it works fine, the version of word is the same I’ve scanned for viruses which another site recommend, please help this is such an annoying problem as its impossible to type a word document and I currently have to use word pad which is terrible.
Make sure that Windows regional/keyboard settings are set to your locale within control panel – regional settings.
Its also worth deleting the file Normal.dot which is Words default template, which can become corrupt, checkout our article on this if you cannot find it
