Laptop keys popped off by my 5yr old whilst at school today.
The Head teacher believes the keyboard and as such the laptop cannot be fixed! As it is only 2 months old she is unhappy. Is this really the case, can it not be fixed? It seems crazy that the whole laptop needs to be replaced due to this, surely another keyboard or keys can simply be replaced, can someone please advise on this, thanks.
As long as the keys have only popped off and not broken off they should pop back on, worst case scenario would be to get a replacement little x type clip thats under the actual keycap, will take a local pc shop about 10 mins to refit it.
