I received e-mail supposedly from my brother, but it was about buying Viagra and Cialis. How could this stranger do this, and what must I do to prevent more from coming in?

either his email account has been hacked, he needs to change his password asap, or he has some type of virus/malware running on his computer which is sending out emails.
So change email passwords and download and run something like Microsoft Security Essentials (its totally free) to check for any viruses etc.
