I have problems with control panel I click to open and it comes up blank then disappears, it wont let me go on it, also i try to download programs which will protect my computer but it just comes up sayin your security settings will not let you download this file ??? help!
you may have some security malware installed, to removing this you need to either run the Internet Explorer as another user, or remove the hard drive and scan it from another computer.
