Hello, my name is sibin i have a toshiba satellite R15-S829 its a notebook come laptop.
From past 1 week my laptop takes a lot of time to startup.
And also my files have turned into files with blue font.
Im thinking of formatting it but i dont have a cd of Windows xp with a tablet edition in it..!! What should i do..? Plz help me as soon as possible..!!
